perfect locationlack of soundproofinguncomfortable bed

the location was perfect for seeing the main attractions it made it easy to walk everywhere i wanted to go

i was disappointed by the lack of soundproofing in the room it was noisy all night from street traffic and other guests the air conditioning did not work well making the room stuffy and uncomfortable i found the bed too firm and the pillows were flat , made it difficult to sleep well the overall experience felt underwhelming

The location was amazing. It was only a minute's walk to the piazza. staff members were really helpful and friendly. matt was especially helpful to me. we stayed in a large family room in another location, about a four-minute walk from the main hotel. they communicated throughout our stay using whatsapp. I found this very useful.

the room was really noisy since the only window faced directly onto the square. cleaning cars went around the square at 5 am.

The location is excellent. The tower is just 40 meters away from the hotel. various restaurants are nearby, with a selection of dining options. the central railway station is easily accessible.

The rooms are well-furnished and clean. I found them quiet. beds and pillows are comfortable. This ensured a restful night. tea and coffee are included. This offered a convenient start to the morning.

A nice café called 'posto' is located opposite the hotel. I recommend it for breakfast. cafes and restaurants are also within a 5-10 minute walk, providing multiple dining choices. the hotel provides food recommendations. This helped to explore local cuisine.
